Traverse once around the edge to the jug.
Place your right leg on the edge and move your right Hand to the best part of the sloper at the top. Push further onto the edge and as soon as the weight is on it, the second hand can be released. I had to roll over the heelhook again to get the whole leg on it. A small toe hook at the right can help to finish.
