RAIN RAIN RAIN 😢. No climbing at Petit Bois today!
I have been wanting to visit this sector with the group for a long while, but the area is slow to dry and a little delicate. It is deep in the trees, so it stays pretty shady even in the height of Summer. Lets hope for a favourable forecast for this interesting outing. One of the great points about this area is that it is ACCESSIBLE BY TRAIN from Paris to Nemours, then a 20 min walk to the boulders. If you are coming by train, but don't want to bring pads, please let me know and I will put extras in the car for you to borrow.
Last of the season, lets go out with a good one! I don't actually know this area very well, so if you do, please get in touch with good recommendations. In this area you can pretty-much drive right up to the boulders, so we will meet by the car park and do a warm-up together at 11am. There are plenty of circuit problems of all grades to get us going, then some fun looking projects to test our skills.NOTE*
If anyone is coming by car, and is happy to drive past the train station in Nemours, the Paris train arrives at 10.25, It would be really kind to swing by and save someone the walk 😍
